Melrose Zoning

Melrose has defined a number of zones within the City that have different rules for what is allowed to be built.  The vast majority of the City is zoned for single family homes (UR-A, UR-B, SR-A, SR-B).  But Melrose has also defined sections where much denser development is allowed.  For the most part these areas are focused along the rail corridor, along Main Street and near the hospital.
